Raw Milk

Our Jersey girls are milked by machine using an in-line filter. The milk is then immediately jarred into half-gallon jars and rapidly chilled in an ice bath so that our shareholders receive the freshest milk that we can produce. We source as much of our needed supplies and feed from local producers and suppliers so that we too help to support local small businesses and other farmers. We want to build a strong and helpful community through our herdshare program, and encourage our shareholders to visit the farm and be involved in producing their own food. We look forward to growing our product offerings to share with our community, staring with our dairy shareholders.
